Installation:

I have been notified that on some Windows language systems HELP!
doesn't work properly, since the dll file Ftsrch.dll is required for
this help file. If you experience the same problem you can download
it from my Homepage:http://mitglied.tripod.de/~PhillipPerkmann/help.htm

Besides the file mentioned above you should only need WinHelp which 
comes with Microsoft Windows. Extract the files contained in the package
to a folder of your choice and created a shortcut to the file help!.hlp
in your start menu.
